Honey-Ginger Chicken with Lime

Marinade:
• 1/4 cup Tamari for gluten-free
• 2 tablespoons freshly grated ginger
• Juice of 1 Lime
• 5 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon chili, or not, or more if you want it spicy

Other Ingredients:
• 1.5 ish pounds of LaBelle Patrimoine boneless breast meat
• 1 tbsp honey
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• Sliced green onions and chopped cilantro, for garnish

Instructions:
•Cut chicken into small 1-inch cubes
• Heat pan, add oil or butter, and sear chicken 3-4 mins on one side, stir to evenly cook another 4 mins
• Add sauce, cooking & stirring for 3 mins, then add honey until dissolved and coating chicken
• Squeeze half a lime to deglaze and serve with some fresh lime zest alone or over rice
