LOLA Tasting Event

Last Wednesday, November 15th, we had the privilege of traveling to LOLA in Great Neck, New York for an exquisite evening of food and conversation. We were honored to have immensely talented Chef Lenny Messina create a multi-course, family-style menu using our chicken in every dish, from Izakaya chicken tails to a wholly unique and delicious chicken fat caramel vanilla gelato that had to be tasted to be believed.

Our founder, Mike Charles, spoke to a full house of various industry leaders and representatives on our approach to raising chicken to the highest standards in the industry. Many thanks to all of the hard work that went into planning and executing this wonderful event!
